Medical Certificates from $19

Use the Our Sage app to request a Medical Certificate or Carer's Certificate for 1-2 days for work, study or childcare.

Medical certificates are available every day 7am-11pm AEDT from anywhere in Australia.

Medical certificates for 3-4 days are available following a telehealth consult with a GP. Use the Our Sage app to request a telehealth consult with an Our Sage GP.

Please note medical certificates cannot be backdated.

Online Prescriptions from $19

Request a single online prescription for a regular medication you are already taking in 3 easy steps using the Our Sage app.

For multiple scripts or to request a new script or a change to a current medication, use the Our Sage app to book a telehealth consult with an Our Sage GP.

The prescribing of any medication is at the discretion of the consulting Our Sage healthcare professional and is not guaranteed. Our Sage healthcare professionals are unable to prescribe controlled, addictive, Schedule 8 / Schedule 4D Streamlined Authority medications.

Speak to a GP from $45

Use the Our Sage app to request a telehealth consult so you can speak to an experienced GP from anywhere in Australia for:

• General medical consultations and advice
• Treatment for chronic health conditions
• Referrals to specialists, and pathology and radiology tests
• New prescriptions or changes to current medications
• Medical certificates for 3-4 days for school, childcare or work
